Stage 4. Product Development & Customer Experience
Contributed to the development and refinement of new menu offerings through Research and Development initiatives conducted every two to three months. Evaluated customer preferences and product performance while handling customer feedback and complaints to maintain service quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stage 5. Marketing & Brand Support
Supported the store's digital presence by coordinating promotional activities and managing content for Instagram. Identified opportunities to highlight products and promotions through social media while aligning online communication with ongoing store activities and business objectives.


Outcomes
Over four years, the experience developed a comprehensive understanding of how a food and beverage business operates from both operational and business perspectives. Managing daily operations while being involved in inventory, financial analysis, quality control, product development, customer experience, and marketing strengthened my ability to make practical, data-informed decisions and adapt to the fast-paced demands of a growing business. The experience also built a strong foundation in cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and understanding how different aspects of a business contribute to overall performance.
